En tentant d'agir sur son passé, Pauline, se projette alors dans un troisième espace-temps: le fantasmé. Tout le parcours de Pauline dans ses souvenirs et fantasmes se fait avec la volonté de casser le schéma familial fondé sur la religion, la culpabilité et les non-dits. Elle tente à plusieurs reprises de mettre fin aux accusations de sa mère et de sa tante, soeurs jumelles. Elle questionne, exige des réponses.
